Terms & Conditions

• Booking Terms & Conditions:
  1. The passengers traveling must hold valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of entry.
  2. The passport must have at least 2 blank pages
  3. No refund on any unutilized services
  4. Check-in time is 1400 hrs Check out time is 1200
  5. Non-Refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000/- per person has to be paid when booking.
  6. Full amount for the stand ticket has to be paid in addition to the advance
  7. Balance Payment before August 31, 2008
  8. Passengers booking after August 31, 2008, have to pay full tour cost at the time of booking.

• Package cancellation terms:
  Should you wish to cancel any part of confirmed booking, such cancellation must be advised in writing.
  1. Rs. 25,000/- booking deposit Non Refundable will be forfeited in case of cancellation after the booking has been made.
  2. Stand ticket price is non refundable as tickets once purchased cannot be refunded.
  3. Between 1st to 31st August 2008 – 75% of total tour cost
  4. After 31st August 2008 – 100% of total tour cost
  

• Amount for land arrangements and Formula 1 tickets has to be paid in USD taken from the BTQ Formula 1 tickets are subject to availability.
  

• Package cost includes:-
  1. 2 nights accommodation in Singapore from 27th to 29th September 2008
  2. 2 Buffet breakfasts on 28th and 29th September 2008
  3. Arrival & Departure Transfers by Coaches (with the group)
  

• Package cost does not includes:-
  1. Any airfare.
  2. Any meals other than mentioned in the above cost includes.
  3. Cost of Singapore Visa charges.
  4. Airline taxes applicable on the hotel.
  5. Formula 1 Ticket Prices.
• 6. Items of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls etc.
• 7. Return Transfer to the circuit.
• 8. Anything not specified in the above cost includes.

• Requirements for Singapore Tourist Visa:

1) 1 Form
2) 2 Photo (size 35mm x 45mm)
3) Covering Letter
4) Return Ticket
5) Proof of Hotel Confirmation
6) Tour Itinerary
7) Foreign exchange Endorsed on the passport or international credit card copy (front and back)
